VERC Enterprises Receives 2011 Best of Plymouth Award

U.S. Commerce Association recognizes local businesses for achieving exceptional marketing success.

DUXBURY, Mass. -- The United States Commerce Association (USCA) selected VERC Enterprises, a chain of independent convenience stores, gas stations and car washes, as the winner of the Best of Plymouth Award in the convenience store category of its "Best of Local Business" award program, the company announced.

The USCA, a New York-based organization that seeks to promote local businesses across the country, uses the annual awards to recognize local businesses that have achieved exceptional marketing success by enhancing the positive image of small business through good service to their customers and communities.

"We're honored to once again be the recipient of this award," stated VERC Enterprises CEO Leo Vercollone. "The USCA was established to recognize the best of local businesses in their communities, so it means a great deal to us to be among those honored."

VERC Enterprises currently operates 23 locations throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
