PHILADELPHIA -- Sunoco Inc. has teamed up with Boston-based Emaven Inc., a digital strategy, to develop a strategy that will allow the oil company to realize measurable business results from its corporate Intranet investments.
As part of Emaven's digital strategy engagement offering, the firm will consult with Sunoco executives and staff to develop the company's Intranet strategy. Project activities include assessing Sunoco's current Intranet utilizing Emaven's proprietary diagnostic tool and defining an Intranet plan that prioritizes investments that can deliver productivity improvements for the oil company and its 541 convenience stores.
Recommendations will include the technology, business process and organizational requirements necessary for Sunoco to streamline specific corporate initiatives.
