COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- PriceAdvantage fuel price management solution, a division of Skyline Products, and OpenStore, a media marketing solution, have been successfully integrated at Rutter's Farm Stores. The integrated products facilitate synchronized gas pricing across Rutter's store POS, fuel pumps, electronic price signs, mobile apps and GasBuddy.com.
"PriceAdvantage and OpenStore have proven invaluable in providing fuel price management and consumer marketing, allowing us to make critical retail fuel pricing decisions while greatly enhancing customers' access to our fuel prices," said Rutter's CEO Scott Hartman. "Rutter's can now initiate real-time price synchronization from headquarters to the street and the web in a matter of minutes."
PriceAdvantage is designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of a retailer's pricing process and automates the fuel pricing process, from collection of competitive surveys analysis for best price determination to speed-to-the-street price change execution, the company stated. Retailers can change prices immediately at point of sale, fuel pumps and electronic price signs from headquarters.
OpenStore increases customer loyalty by providing two-way communication between c-store owners and customers using web technologies and custom branded mobile applications, the company said. The OpenStore dashboard allows retailers to collect customer feedback, manage social media and deliver mobile coupons and text message campaigns from a single location.
