Rutter's Adds More Flavor & Variety to Menu

YORK, Pa. – Rutter's Farm Stores expanded its menu with a diverse list of additions, including Mahi Mahi fish bites, chicken wings, pork wings and taco dogs.

Made of 100-percent Mahi Mahi, the fish bites are lightly breaded and fried, and surpass restaurant quality, the retailer said. A 5-ounce portion is enough for a meal.

Rutter's chicken wings are available as a six-piece snack or a 12-piece meal in original, buffalo, spicy and Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce flavors.

The pork wings are made of more than 5 ounces of tender, fall-off-the-bone pork that is fried and seasoned with the customer's choice of flavors. They are available plain or dipped in spicy hot sauce, buffalo sauce or Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce.

The taco dog is also customizable, allowing customers to select a hot dog roll or soft taco shell and add cheese, black bean salsa or any other options on Rutter's extensive list of fresh toppings.

"We are always searching for interesting flavors and creative foods to add to our menu so that we can surprise and delight our customers with bold new tastes they can't find anywhere else," said Rutter's Vice President of Foodservice Jerry Weiner.

York, Pa.-based Rutter's Farm Stores operates 60 convenience stores and gas stations throughout south central Pennsylvania.
