OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Connecting The Pantry's stores across the Southeast U.S., Sprint is providing dedicated and switched voice and private line services.
"We needed a secure and reliable communications solution in order to share critical information between our locations and stay ahead of our competition," said Ed Collupy, vice president of information services at The Pantry. "Sprint was able to deliver to this need. As the implementation of the services nears completion, we've been pleased with how closely Sprint has worked with us to ensure a smooth transition."
Through Sprint services, The Pantry employees will be able to communicate more efficiently between stores and with regional and headquarters offices. The data connectivity allows the company to track sales and fuel inventory as well as keep on top of what competitors are doing.
