    KSS Creates Department Dedicated to Client Success

    Structured geographically, subject matter experts are on staff to help retailers address challenges and opportunities.

    FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- KSS Fuels launched a new global initiative in an effort to better serve its clients. Called Client Success, the department is staffed by subject matter experts in a number of topics, including fuel pricing. The department is structured geographically and led in North America by Scott Barrett, and by Beth Yates in Europe and the rest of the world.

    According to KSS, the department's creation comes at a time when retailers are facing many short-term challenges due to the constantly changing retail and wholesale fuel markets. Specifically, Client Success provides insights, recommendations and practical support so that retailers can protect their businesses and "capitalize on the opportunities while taking care of day-to-day operations."

"With our experience in the petroleum industry, we can propose real-world solutions that will not only help our clients compete in a difficult environment, but win against their competition."

    KSS is a global provider of fuels pricing and retail network software, analytics and consulting services to convenience store retailers.
