Atlas Oil Rolls Out Fuel Pricing Portal

TAYLOR, Mich. -- Atlas Oil Co. launched a fixed price portal providing its convenience store customers with the ability to execute fixed price contracts at their desired price point.

Atlas Oil is rolling out the new fixed price portal, called "Atlas FuelonDemand" in phases. The first phase includes retailers in Texas, Oklahoma and parts of Michigan. Phase two will roll out the service to customers in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa by the middle of this month. And by March 31, Atlas Oil expects the portal to be available in all of its other markets.

"We are excited to bring this new technology to our customers," said Bob Kenyon, executive vice president, sales and business development for Atlas Oil. "Fuel pricing is very dynamic and our customers can now have a window into real-time fluctuations and use this information to their advantage. We are always looking for innovative ways to service our customers. This portal is a game changer for our industry."

Atlas FuelonDemand is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday, which corresponds with the operating hours of the New York Mercantile Exchange.

The portal allows gas station operators to set up alerts or triggers when fuel prices reach desired levels. FuelonDemand is available for both desktop and mobile applications.

Taylor, Mich.-based Atlas Oil Co. is a national fuel supply, logistics and services company offering solutions to customers throughout the distribution lifecycle, from crude oil exploration and production companies to refineries to gas stations to end users.
