Sunoco Unveils Charleston Coffee Blend

CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Members of Sunoco's senior leadership team are here in Charleston today to host a press conference to unveil a new coffee blend and announce a program to for the convenience store chain to make ongoing donations to a food bank in the region.

In a partnership with the Lowcountry Food Bank, Sunoco is introducing a new coffee specifically for Charleston residents to be sold exclusively in the 26 APlus convenience stores located throughout what is called the Lowcountry region. Through sales of the Charleston-specific coffee blend, Sunoco will make donations to Lowcountry Food Bank.

Cynthia Archer, vice president of marketing and development for Sunoco, and Ruth Clauser, president of The Sunoco Foundation, were expected to be on hand for the ceremony.

Sunoco, based in Philadelphia, is a fuel supplier and convenience store company with a network of 4,900 retail locations in 23 states.
