The Hershey Co. has opened its new Global Customer Innovation Center, a facility designed for customer planning sessions.
"We are thrilled to collaborate with our strategic customers in the new Global Customer Innovation Center," said Dan Vucovich, vice president, chief customer officer. "The new center provides an exciting destination for strategy sessions, brand building and the development of customer-driven programs. Our customers are now able to see, touch, taste and experience our latest benefit-driven new product innovations, global brands, chocolate and cocoa technology, and merchandising strategies."
The Global Customer Innovation Center will play a central role as Hershey continues to deliver new benefits for global consumers across a variety of strategic platforms, including confectionery, refreshment, snacks and health and well-being products, the company said. The center is located on Hershey’s headquarters campus in Hershey, Pa.
