    Flash Foods Selects Peak 10 for Data Center

    The supplier's new Jacksonville, Fla.-based facility will be the information technology source for the convenience chain.

    WAYCROSS, Ga. -- Flash Foods Inc., operator of 176 convenience stores and 20 branded food outlets, selected Peak 10 Inc. for the chain's managed information technology (IT) and data center services, the Jacksonville Business Journal reported.

    "Our company needed the assurance that our mission-critical data was secure and available around-the-clock," Ken Wade, director of retail automation told the paper.

    Peak 10's recently opened Jacksonville data center, the second for the area, will service Flash Foods, according to the report.

    "We are excited to add such a prominent company and brand to our growing and diverse customer portfolio," vice president and Peak 10 Jacksonville general manager Allen Skipper told the paper.
