CHICAGO -- Walgreens on Tuesday will open a flagship store in the Chicago loop that will include new drug store produce and service innovations such as a humidor, international newsstand, made-to-order smoothies, self-serve frozen yogurt, sushi and juice bars, and a barista selling exclusive State & Randolph brand coffee.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the new, 27,350-sq.-ft. upscale location will also feature a clinic and an upscale cosmetics department that will provide makeovers and manicures. It will also sell wine and spirits and fresh food and feature a cigar humidor.
