ABILENE, Texas -- AutoGas Systems, Inc. said yesterday that it has acquired the assets of Dallas-based Centego Marketing, Inc., a leader in loyalty reward marketing and the pioneer of the Fuel Rewards program. AutoGas and Centego will pool their resources to grow cross-marketing loyalty solutions in the grocery, convenience, and other channels of trade.
AutoGas' patented solutions permit cents-off-per-unit discounts on fuel purchases driving the market for their retail partners, the company said. Its technology lets retailers leverage their existing POS systems while delivering higher top-line revenue, improved profit, and higher market share.
"With Centego's expertise in offer creation, offer management, data management, and data analysis, we can deliver a unique, end-to-end technology and marketing product to our retail and manufacturer partners," noted AutoGas president and c.e.o. Randy Nicholson.
Centego Marketing will continue to be based in Dallas and will operate as an AutoGas subsidiary.
