NORFOLK, Va. -- Outsite Networks has launched its AllPoints Rewards convenience store industry mobile application (app) nationwide. The company announced today that consumers can now connect to more than 150,000 c-stores on their smartphones. Customers can also use AllPoints Rewards to track loyalty program balances.
"AllPoints bridges the gap between how today's consumers want to engage with their favorite brands and how c-store retailers, fuel brands and CPG (consumer products goods) vendors can engage their customers industrywide," said Anton Bakker, CEO of Norfolk, Va.-based Outsite Networks.
There is no monthly fee for retailers to participate in AllPoints. Consumers can download AllPoints for free at Apple's App Store and Google Play and the app can be utilized alongside other popular mobile apps such as Facebook, Twitter and Yelp.
According to Outsite, AllPoints Rewards is a great place for retailers to provide special offers on things like snacks, drinks and even gas.
In addition to the aforementioned features, AllPoints Rewards incorporates Outsite's Brand Transactional Engagement, which links mobile marketing directly to c-store cash registers, as the app can track and analyze millions of transactions daily. Hence, retailers can offer targeted promotions based on item-level shopper histories, noted Outsite.
Outsite Networks will officially launch AllPoints Rewards nationwide at next month's NACS Show in Las Vegas.
