    Wheels Convenience Takes Digital Marketing for a Spin

    New website and mobile app feature gas prices, in-store promotions, coupons and more.

    TRUMBULL, Conn. -- Wheels Convenience, part of the Consumers Petroleum family, partnered with OpenStore by GasBuddy to launch a new website and mobile app.

    The website features individual pages for each store, current deals and more, while the free app features updated gas prices, locations, in-store promotions and more. Customers can also use the app to send feedback from their smartphones and receive time-sensitive electronic mobile coupons.

    "We are proud as a corporation to launch our new website to provide all of our loyal customers with an enhanced experience by utilizing our site, social media platforms and our mobile apps," said a member of the Consumers Petroleum executive management team.

    Wheels Convenience has 16 stores across Connecticut.

    OpenStore by GasBuddy provides two-way communication between c-store owners and customers through the Internet and custom-branded mobile apps. The OpenStore dashboard allows retailers to collect customer feedback, manage social media and deliver mobile coupons and text message campaigns all from a single location.
