    Wawa Launches Coffeetopia

    After selling 1 billion cups of coffee, retailer unveils new campaign, website.

    Wawa, PA -- In celebration of last month’s billionth cup of coffee sold, Wawa Inc. launched Wawa Coffeetopia, a campaign and celebration of all things Wawa coffee, complete with a new website.

    "As a five-state regional company, we are extremely proud that we have gained such a significant share of the brewed coffee market," Howard Stoeckel, Wawa’s president and CEO said. "The fact we hold the leading share in the Philadelphia market and the No. 7 share nationally is a testament both to our consistently great coffee offer and our fantastically loyal customer base."

    In conjunction with the campaign, Wawa launched www.wawacoffeetopia.com, providing customers with the opportunity to create their own personalized cup of coffee.

    "Wawa Coffeetopia celebrates all the reasons our customers are passionate about Wawa coffee—and all the reasons we’ve reached this historic milestone of 1 billion cups this decade," Stoeckel said in a released statement.
