GREEN BAY, Wis. -- CITGO marketer U.S. Oil and CITGO Petroleum Corp. gave one local football fan an unforgettable experience through its "Win A Trip to See Green Bay Take on Dallas" sweepstakes.
CITGO customer Steve Moyle won two tickets to the National Football League game in Dallas on Dec. 15, along with roundtrip airfare, rental car, hotel and spending money. And what a game it was for Green Bay Packers fans. Their team matched the biggest comeback in franchise history in a 37-36 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
"We know how important the home team is to the Green Bay community. That's why we do this sweepstakes, which lets us combine our love for our customers and our love for great football," said Sherry Bevers, customer service manager at U.S. Oil. "We appreciate our regular customers who visit our stations and really know our team. Being able to reward one of them with football tickets and a wonderful trip is terrific. We hope to continue to see Steve in our local CITGO stations and we can't wait to hear about his trip."
More than 630 mail-in entry forms were submitted between Oct. 14 and Nov. 15 at participating Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh and Madison, Wis., CITGO locations. Moyle was the grand-prize winner and 10 second-place winners received $25 CITGO gift cards.
