U-Haul Rental Service Now Available at Tennessee's Greenbrier Quickstop

GREENBRIER, Tenn. -- The Greenbrier Quickstop, at 300 Highway 41 S., has added a new product category to its offerings: U-Haul truck and trailer rentals. Customers of the convenience store, which has been operated by owners Alex and Angie Seriana since last March, will also supply moving equipment supplies designed specifically for transporting household furnishings, such as furniture pads, appliance dollies, furniture dollies and more.

"In today's economy, do-it-yourself moves are the way to go," the Serianas said in a released statement. "Moving can be expensive. Knowing that you can cut the cost by completing the work yourself provides an effective alternative. Providing this additional service to our customers allows us the opportunity to welcome the new customers to our town. In addition, it is a sigh of relief for our existing customers in need of equipment for in-town rentals."

The partnership is one of many U-Haul is making with businesses across North America in order to make moves across shorter distances more convenient and better for the environment by reducing the amount of carbon emissions released, in keeping with U-Haul's Corporate Sustainability initiatives, according to the company.

"U-Haul is proud to be partnering with a quality independent business such as Greenbrier Quickstop," said Greg Ruffing, president, U-Haul Co. of Nashville. "Alex and Angie are a great example of the type of successful business relationship U-Haul has established in order to build and maintain a strong network of more than 15,000 independent dealers across North America."

U-Haul currently provides 101,000 trucks, 82,000 trailers and 33,000 towing devices at more than 16,300 locations across the United States and Canada.
