    Tyson Teams Up With 7 UP for New Promotion

    The food and beverage giants will launch a savings program for consumers that will expire in February.
     

    SPRINGDALE, Ark. -- As the football season winds its way down toward the playoffs, Tyson Foods Inc. is teaming up with 7 UP to provide savings on food and beverages up to the Super Bowl.

    The promotion, which will be featured in 8,000 stores nationwide -- including many convenience stores -- will save consumers $1.50 when they buy Tyson Wings or Boneless Wings from the deli, as well as two 2-liters or one six-pack half-liter of 7 UP, Sunkist Soda, Canada Dry, A&W, or Sun Drop beverages.

    Tyson will also activate the promotion on the DeliAnytime Facebook page.

    "This promotion is geared at making entertaining during the big game easier for consumers," said Eric Le Blanc, director of sales development for Tyson Deli. "This offer will allow them to save on football party essentials -- wings and drinks."

    All 7 UP beverages are incorporated under Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc.
