    Tri-State Petroleum Developing Marketing, Brand Identity, PR Strategy

    Elias/Savion Advertising to identify customer needs for family-owned operator.

    PITTSBURGH -- Tri-State Petroleum Corp. is partnering with Elias/Savion Advertising to develop an integrated marketing, brand identity and public relations campaign for the c-store operator and wholesale distributor of motor fuels.

    The agency will provide Tri-State Petroleum creative design, media strategy and Web design services.

    Tri-State Petroleum is a family-owned c-store operator and wholesale distributor of motor fuels responsible for the sale of retail and petroleum products in communities throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The company is working on a strategy to align its retail locations to more closely identify with the wants and needs of the customers and communities they serve.
