TravelCenters of America Updates TruckSmart Mobile App

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) updated its TruckSmart mobile app to provide new functionality for professional drivers, including the ability to redeem UltraOne loyalty points for Interstate Speedzone Wi-Fi packages.

According to TA, drivers who are members of the UltraOne Driver Rewards Program can quickly and easily redeem their accumulated loyalty points for Wi-Fi packages via the mobile app. Previously, these transactions were only available through the Interstate Speedzone app.

"Once a driver enters their UltraONE card number and PIN into the account set-up tab on the app, they can then log into their Interstate Speedzone account to purchase Wi-Fi with their UltraONE Points," said Tom O’Brien, president and CEO of TravelCenters. "We also recently enabled the Wi-Fi to allow two devices to access a Wi-Fi account, which accommodates team drivers or those with multiple devices, such as a smartphone and tablet. We continue to look to add functions to the app that will help drivers be more efficient."

Available for both iPhone and Android users, the updated app also allows users to see specific UltraOne member specials.

The app already featured several unique features, such as the ability for loyalty program members to reserve a shower at a nearby location.
