NEW YORK -- Convenience Store News was recently honored by both the American Society of Business Press Editors (ASBPE) and the Trade Association Business Press International (Tabbies) for editorial excellence.

CSNews won a regional Azbee Award in the annual ASBPE competition for Best Feature Article Design for the Nov. 9, 2009, feature story on Brazilian convenience store retailing.

CSNews also won a 2010 Tabbie Award for best Front Cover, Digital Imagery -- for the Oct. 19 cover story illustration -- "Your Recession Toolbox."
