    Study: More U.S. Restaurants Plan to Deploy Self Service Options

    The Digital Screenmedia Association's 2011 study on the self-service industry, which included responses from more than 200 industry leaders, found that 21 percent of them planned to deploy self-service options in restaurants. That's up from the 2007 study that reported less than 15 percent had those plans, QSRWeb.com reported.
