Sites for Sale in the Southeast

Supertest puts 111 sites on the block.

CHICAGO -- SupertTest Oil Co., based out of Tampa, Fla., is selling approximately 111 sites throughout the Southeast, with sites in Florida (56), Virginia (36), Kentucky (6), North Carolina (8), West Virginia (2), South Carolina (1), Tennessee (1) and Georgia (1).

Of the 111 sites, 76 are currently operating gasoline stations - most with convenience stores - and 35 are commercial redevelopment properties. Certain locations are currently branded Sunoco, Coastal and Imperial.

The sale is being coordinated by Chicago-based NRC Realty Advisors LLC. According to an NRC spokesperson, the sale is consistent with Supertest's strategic plan. The company will continue to operate a substantial number of locations.

“There are quite a few high-quality sites in this portfolio, many being sold without any branding requirements,” said Hope Mineo, managing director of NRC. “This is a fantastic opportunity.”

The locations will be sold through a sealed bid sale in a “buy one, some or all” format with bids due on August 19, 2005. A complete site list is available online at www.nrc.com/505.
