Distributor Doyles Sheehan Joins Phillips 66 Buying Program

NORMAN, Okla. — Convenience Store Alliance (CSA) has picked up a new partner with full-service distributor Doyles Sheehan to bring independent c-store owners discounts and promotions on items including grocery, tobacco, food service and more.

Under terms of the partnership, Doyles Sheehan will offer CSA members free business analyses with customized store layouts based on customer traffic patterns and demographic purchasing data. Doyles Sheehan will also help customers access and increase rebates available from manufacturers in addition to CSA discount pricing.

“We’re thrilled to offer this new discount program through CSA,” said Doyles Sheehan Director of Sales Jeff Bonacci. “Being family-owned-and-operated ourselves, we have a desire to see independents not just ‘make it,’ but truly excel in this competitive retail environment. And we believe this partnership will help make that happen.”

Based in Norman, Okla., CSA helps independent convenience store operators nationwide to compete with larger chains by providing access to reduced costs on high-quality products, resources to boost business efficiency and solutions for business growth.

“We are always looking for and evaluating potential vendor partners who can bring value to our members,” said CSA Vice President of Operations Scott Cole. “Doyles Sheehan has proven to do just that — bring significant value to our independent dealers.”

For the western half of the United States, Convenience Store Alliance is the Phillips 66 Branded Retailer Buying Program and is available to more than 7,000 branded sites that currently sell Phillips 66, Conoco or 76 branded gasoline. Dealers and fuel distributors outside the exclusive territories are also eligible to participate in the discount program, regardless of brand affiliation.

Family-owned and operated, Dolyes Sheehan service c-stores across a six-state footprint, including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and North Dakota. It is one of more than 20 CSA preferred vendors, all of which offer chain-store pricing and service to CSA’s 1,800 independent operators.
