SIGMA to Present to Advanced Masters Program for Motor Fuel Marketers

WASHINGTON -- The Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA) and the Energy Management Institute (EMI) of New York have produced a new Advanced Masters Education Program called "Effective Fuel Buying Strategies for Motor Fuel Marketers Part II." The program will be held in conjunction with the SIGMA annual meeting in New Orleans this November.

This program is designed to be a follow-up to the Effective Fuel Buying programs offered by SIGMA and EMI in the fall of 2003 and spring of 2004. The principal instructor will be Dominick Chirichella with EMI. This program will fulfill the request of attendees at the first program to "take it to the next level."

"Because of the success earlier this year, SIGMA has now worked with EMI to develop a program specifically aimed at today's more advanced motor fuel marketer," said Kenneth A. Doyle, executive vice president of SIGMA.

The program is aimed at those who attended the previous masters event and for those who have been active fuel buyers for at least five years, buying at least 50,000,000 gallons per year including non-rack purchases, or equivalent experience.
