ALTOONA, Pa. -- Sheetz Inc. has signed a distribution partnership with NJOY. The pact will bring the electronic cigarette brand's newest product, NJOY Kings, to all 430-plus Sheetz stores beginning mid-November.
"As a leading convenience store retail provider, we are constantly seeking to strengthen our business through partnerships with market leaders," said Jerry Weger, director of core product sales for Sheetz. "We are proud to bring NJOY and their revolutionary products to our customers. The NJOY Kings represent the future of the electronic cigarette industry and we are confident our customers will enjoy the new product."
NJOY introduced NJOY Kings to the industry at the 2012 NACS Show in Las Vegas this past October. The e-cigarette has the feel and taste -- nearly identical in length and weight -- of a traditional cigarette. With the latest distribution deal, it will hit Sheetz convenience stores throughout Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina.
"At Sheetz, there is a clear focus on innovation and a commitment to responsibly meeting the needs of the convenience store customer," said Craig Weiss, CEO of NJOY. "We are excited to partner with Sheetz and look forward to a longstanding and beneficial relationship."
