Sheets Energy Strips Inks New Distribution Agreement

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Sheets Energy Strips, billed as "the new way to do energy," announced new exclusive distribution relationships with Convenience Valet and Energy1 Distribution. These agreements will enhance the smaller-store presence of the product, said owner PureBrands.

PureBrands will continue to maintain direct sales and marketing relationships with all key retailers that have already been shipped Sheets, according to the company.

"Sheets is a product that is in very high demand and by forming these new relationships with Convenience Valet and Energy1 Distribution, to go along with agreements we already have in place, we are ensuring that consumers will easily find Sheets in all stores they shop in regularly," PureBrands CEO Warren Struhl said in a statement.

The paper-thin, individually wrapped, dissolvable pocket-sized strips are placed on the tongue, begin to dissolve instantly and are easily swallowed and digested, delivering hours of energy.

Convenience Valet is now the authorized distributor of Sheets Energy Strips to chain convenience stores, candy and tobacco distributors, college bookstores, hotel/casino, cruise lines, airport and travel plaza retail locations. Meanwhile, Energy1 Distribution is the authorized distributor of the product for independent convenience stores, bodegas, check-cashing stores, car washes and laundromats that have less than 50 locations.

The Sheets Energy Strips brand, co-founded by basketball star LeBron James, was launched this June and is available nationwide. The product won the "Best New Product" award in the diet, vitamin and sports nutrition category at last month's 2011 ECRM Show.
