Rutter's to Open 57th Store in Loganville, Pa.

YORK, Pa. -- Rutter's Farm Stores is set to break ground on its 57th store in the borough of Loganville, Pa. The 5,700-square-foot location will open in the spring of 2012 and employ 40 workers after its doors open, according to the company.

Located at the corner of Susquehanna Trail and Reynolds Mill Road, off Interstate 83's Loganville exit, the new store will offer 18 gasoline fueling spots, four diesel fueling spots and three dedicated diesel truck fueling spaces. It will also incorporate environmentally friendly features such as LED exterior lighting, energy-reducing skylights, infrared-controlled interior lighting, a white reflective roof and instant hot water heaters.

Open 24 hours a day, the new Rutter's will provide a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items through touchscreen ordering and an in-store eating area that seats 14. Six frozen beverage flavors, 16 soda flavors, two self-serve milkshake machines and a premium-coffee island will quench customers' thirst. Customers can also access a surcharge-free ATM and Blockbuster video rental kiosk.

Family owned and managed, Rutter's Farm Stores currently operates 57 convenience stores in six Pennsylvania counties.
