Rutter's Introduces Two Items to Its Menu

YORK, Pa. -- Rutter's Farm Stores added two items to its foodservice lineup. Now available for purchase are steak chips and quesadillas.

The steak chips are made fresh to order from thick-cut potatoes, then fried and served in a 2.5-ounce bag. Customers can select among four seasonings: Garlic, Steak, Sea Salt or Old Bay. The steak chips, available as a grab-and-go purchase, can be paired with nacho cheese, marinara sauce, ranch dressing or ketchup as a dipping sauce.

Rutter's new quesadilla offering is served with a shredded cheese blend. Consumers can select either the chicken or steak option and then add diced tomatoes, black olives, onions, jalapeno peppers and hot peppers. Each quesadilla is served with a cup of salsa on the side. For a few cents more, customers can purchase sour cream.

Rutter's is a third-generation family-owned business with stores located in six Pennsylvania counties.
