Products will continue to be manufactured under the Ameridiser name by existing employees.

JASPER, Ga. -- Royston LLC purchased largely all of the assets of American Merchandiser Systems LLC, based in Prince Frederick, Md. Products will continue to be manufactured under the Ameridiser brand name by existing employees in Ameridiser's dedicated premises.

Royston, headquartered in Jasper, Ga., specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of store interiors for the convenience, grocery, quick serve restaurant, mass merchandise, foodservice and specialty retail segments.

Ameridiser designs, manufactures and sells an extensive range of food merchandising products to major retailers. Built to exacting foodservice specifications, products include refrigerated salad displays, heated merchandisers, and soup and seafood bars.

"Ameridiser has a rich history of producing high-quality, custom food merchandisers for major retailers, and we are impressed by their deep-rooted relationships with customers. We believe that with Royston's support, Ameridiser will continue to grow and together, we can offer retailers a unique and highly complementary selection of products and in-store services," David Storey, president and CEO of Royston LLC, said in a statement.

"On-site food preparation, self-serve foods and the retailing of pre-prepared meals are major trends across our customers. It is a category that we are keen to support, and we expect this addition to be of great interest to Royston's existing customers and markets," he added.
