Royston Acquires American Merchandiser Systems' Assets

JASPER, Ga. -- Royston LLC purchased largely all of the assets of American Merchandiser Systems LLC, based in Prince Frederick, Md. Products will continue to be manufactured under the Ameridiser brand name by existing employees in Ameridiser's dedicated premises.

Royston, headquartered in Jasper, Ga., specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of store interiors for the convenience, grocery, quick serve restaurant, mass merchandise, foodservice and specialty retail segments.

Ameridiser designs, manufactures and sells an extensive range of food merchandising products to major retailers. Built to exacting foodservice specifications, products include refrigerated salad displays, heated merchandisers, and soup and seafood bars.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
