    Royal Buying Group Adds to Training Lineup

    Its new Computer Based Training covers top c-store topics, such as customer service and loss prevention.

    LISLE, Ill. -- Royal Buying Group launched a new category of training through its C-Store Training Services (CSTS) division.

    The new training is offered through a library of computer-based courses available as CD training modules or digital downloads. The Computer Based Training modules cover top convenience store topics, including customer service, foodservice, loss prevention, financial management, human resources and c-store sales. The training also covers the spectrum of c-store employees -- from manager to cashier to jobber levels.

    "Convenience does not stop with the customer, but is applicable to owners, managers and employees within the convenience store industry," stated Angela Angelilli, vice president of sales for Royal Buying Group. "We believe that through C-Store Training Services' Computer Based Training, we've made achieving that more obtainable."

    Promotional packages are available for each category and select CD training modules are also available in Spanish. The new Computer Based Training joins a portfolio of training services and products, including Customized Training, Right Way Training Systems, C-Store Certification, Classes and Workshops, and FasTrax Professional Software.
