Exactly what I'm doing now. I would not change a thing.

What do your colleagues say about you when you are not around?

I don't even want to know.



Describe your worst-ever day on the job.

The day the IRS came into the office to announce an audit and the title company found an easement on a new property making the parcel un-buildable after we bought it.



What trait do you most like in yourself?

Honesty. I tell it to you like it is.



What trait do you most deplore in yourself?

Honesty. It gets me in more trouble!



What children's game do you most relate to?

I still play children's games. PlayStation 2 — I come home from the office and shoot people on the television for an hour and have one beer. It's a great stress reliever!



What makes you cringe?

The phone ringing at 3 a.m.



What makes you laugh out loud?

Watching a friend trying to drink a martini up, with an olive, while wearing a football helmet with face mask.



What person, place or thing would you most like to disappear?

The Internal Revenue Service.



What should President Bush do today?

Keep all of his campaign promises and put trust back into the Oval Office.



What is your personal motto?

What plot of a recent movie most resembles your life?

The Patriot, with Mel Gibson. Family and country —what's more important than that?



What thing has an employee done that you found amazing?

Exercised free thought and then actually made a decision!



What ability or characteristic do you wish you possessed?

To be more outgoing and happy around my employees and friends.



What about you would surprise most people?

I'm really a softy! I get tired of arguing and standing up for what's right all the time.



What is your biggest regret?

Never knowing my father. He died when I was five.



What could you not live without?

My wife Sandy and all of my children.
