PLYMOUTH, Mass. -- Ready Training Online (RTO) and Targeted Solutions formed a new partnership to bring innovative, efficient online training services to the convenience store industry, the companies reported.
"Our industry is changing at a rapid pace," Tom Hart, founder and CEO of Targeted Solutions, a consulting company, said in a released statement. "I am thrilled to join forces with RTO, the leading online training company, to provide customized online solutions. We'll offer businesses large and small a cost-effective program so they can develop consistent training, communicate new policies and information and exchange ideas with their employees and managers."
For the past five years, Ready Training Online has offered standard courses on essential training topics including sexual harassment and diversity/violence in the workplace, and custom courses specific to businesses of all sizes so they can share information, goals, ideas and objectives with employees and managers, either locally or globally.
