    Quickway Food Stores Stock Norwegian Glacier Bottled Water

    The 62 stores in the central New York area will sell the imported water.

    MONTVALE, N.J. -- Quickway Food Stores, a convenience chain operating in the Northeastern U.S., will now stock Isbre Holding Corp.’s imported Isbre Norwegian Glacier Spring Water at 62 central New York locations, Isbre stated.

    "I am extremely pleased with our approval at Quickway and with the continuing market acceptance of Isbre," William Louttit, Isbre executive vice president of sales and marketing, said in a statement. "Isbre's early growth is unmatched in the imported water category and we expect to enjoy continuing success as consumers try our unique product and enjoy the Isbre experience."

    Isbre Holding Corp., headquartered in Montvale, N.J., is a producer, distributor and marketer of bottled and bulk water. Its source is a spring located in the glacier region at the end of the Hardanger Fjord on the West Coast of Norway. Isbre water is bottled in Norway and is sold in the U.S. and Europe, and starting in 2009, Isbre intends to transport water in tanker ships directly from its spring source in Norway to a bottling plant on the Delaware River in Bristol, Pa., the company stated.
