SuperAmerica Launches Private Label Credit Card

WOODBURY, Minn. — SuperAmerica LLC is launching a private label credit card in partnership with First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha. 

Holders of the new SuperAmerica Credit Card will receive a discount of 5 cents per gallon at the pump, excluding diesel fuel, along with benefits on merchandise purchases made inside SuperAmerica convenience stores. 

"We're excited to bring this product to our customers. SuperAmerica confidently chose First Bankcard because it has a strong platform," stated SuperAmerica Marketing Director Kraig Elliott. "SuperAmerica as a brand continues to offer our customers convenient and market-competitive reasons to shop in our 267 stores, including our My SA Rewards loyalty program and now with our private label credit card." 

The SuperAmerica Credit Card program will provide “Immediate Rewards” among its benefits. In addition, the card can be used in conjunction with SuperAmerica's existing My SA Rewards program to save an extra 3 cents off per gallon of fuel for a total of 8 cents off per gallon. 

Omaha, Neb.-based First Bankcard serves approximately 400 financial institutions, co-brand and affinity partners nationwide. It's previously partnered with convenience store chains such as Speedway, Gulf and Sheetz.
