Speedway Teams With Lottery for Free Gas Jackpot

INDIANAPOLIS — Lotteries are not just known for handing out cash.

The Hoosier Lottery teamed with Speedway LLC to give away several big prizes to Speedy Rewards members in Indiana from Monday through April 29.

According to WISH-TV, one dollar will go toward an entry into a drawing for these prizes when customers show and swipe their rewards card at the time they purchase lottery tickets.

Free gas for a year, $1,000 worth of gas, and Hoosier Lottery scratch-off tickets are among the top prizes to be given out during the promotion.

Findlay, Ohio-based Speedway LLC is a division of Marathon Petroleum Corp. It operated 2,746 convenience stores in 22 states as of Dec. 31.
