Quick Chek Launches "Name it ... Claim it" Contest

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. -- Starting yesterday, convenience store chain Quick Chek began collecting nominations, both in-store and online, in its "Name it … Claim it" contest, searching for the perfect name to call its collection of refreshing frozen drinks.

Participants can visit www.nameitclaimitgame.com, not only to submit frozen drink name suggestions, but also to try their hand at a new online game requiring the skill to fill up a Quick Chek frozen drink cup in just 60 seconds, while avoiding penalty ice cubes. Customers may also fill out a "Name it ... Claim it" mail-in entry form at any of Quick Chek’s 119 convenience store locations.

Along with the fame of being chosen the "Name it ... Claim it" winner, the grand prize winner will also receive a Nintendo Wii, along with free Quick Chek frozen drinks for a year. Six runners-up will also receive six months of free Quick Chek frozen drinks.

"Name it ... Claim it" contest entries will be accepted until Sept. 13. Contest winners will be notified by Sept. 20, according to Quick Chek.
