IRVING, Texas — 7-Eleven Inc. is giving Slurpee fans another way to enjoy their favorite flavors through exclusive, limited-edition, Slurpee-flavored lip balms.
The grape- and blue raspberry-flavored balms from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare's ChapStick hit store shelves in June as part of 7-Eleven's yearlong "Slurpee Fiftee" campaign that celebrates the frozen beverage's 50th anniversary.
The anniversary lip balms are available via counter displays near the checkout and are supported by in-store window clings.
7-Eleven's Slurpee Fiftee celebration is also part of its ongoing "Hundred Days of Summer" promotion, as CSNews Online previously reported. The retailer is hosting Bring Your Own (BYO) Cup Days for Slurpee Aug. 19-20.
