C-Stores in Kansas, Oklahoma for Sale
CHICAGO -- NRC Realty Advisors is coordinating the sale of 18 convenience stores with gasoline in Kansas and Oklahoma.
The sites will be sold through a sealed-bid sale in a "buy one, some or all" format with bids due on Oct. 19, 2005. Twelve of the sites are being sold with real estate and six are leased sites being sold business only. All sites will be sold without gas supply agreements.
Of the 18 sites, 16 are located in Kansas, including one in Andover, two in Dodge City, one in Ellsworth, three in Garden City, one in Greensburg, one in Goddard, one in Hutchinson, one in Kingman, one in Peabody, one in Salina, one in Sterling and two sites in Wichita. All locations are currently Clark stations and may be de-branded at the time of sale at the purchaser’s option, the company reported. Purchasers will be required to enter into their own fuel supply arrangements and the stores range in size from 900 to 2,500 square feet and are located on sites ranging from 15,500 to 18,500 square feet. NRC has prepared a color sales brochure and individual property specific packages for each property, which contain store level information and bidding terms of sale. Packets are $35 for a hard copy and $25 for a CD-ROM.
