Vulcan introduces the 35-pound, Energy Star certified VEG Series, a value-priced fryer. The VEG fryer is rated at 70,000 BTU/hour, has a production capacity of 56.8 pounds per hour and a 50 percent cooking efficiency rating. The VEG fryer is ideal for cooking a variety of menu items, including chicken wings, frozen appetizers and French fries, according to the company. It features a stainless-steel fry tank and door, and standard millivolt controls. It comes with a new equipment checkout by Hobart Service free of charge.
