Thigh BoneZ, a new product from Brakebush Brothers, are fully cooked, whole muscle, bone-in, skinless chicken thighs seasoned with a smoky rub and then oven-roasted. According to the company, Thigh BoneZ are “chicken that eats like a rib,” and are so meaty that four Thigh BoneZ typically provide more meat than eight chicken wings. Brakebush offers a wide variety of processed and raw IQF chicken products to convenience stores and other foodservice establishments nationwide.
