Red Diamond introduces the High Altitude premium roast coffee line to foodservice operators. The line is made from hand-picked and sun-dried 100-percent Arabica beans that are custom roasted using Red Diamond's proprietary Scolari roasting system. High Altitude includes five signature blends: Rio Sambra, a medium roasted blend of South American beans; Sumatra Blend, a medium to dark roast blend from Indonesia with warm chocolate notes; Papua New Guinea, a medium roast coffee with hints of Albizzia berries; Blonde Roast, a mellow, light roasted coffee with notes of fruits; and Swiss Water Naturally Decaffeinated, which undergoes Swiss Water decaffeination, a 100-percent chemical-free process to bring out the flavor of the medium roast without the caffeine. High Altitude premium roast coffee comes in 3-ounce fraction packs.
