Matlaw's, a brand of National Fish & Seafood, introduced Filleto Premium Alaska Pollock Tenders and Premium North Atlantic Cod Tenders in four distinct 2-ounce tender shapes and five bold flavors: Panko, Pubstyle, Bacon & Cheese, Southwest Tortilla and Jalapeño. Filleto is available both pre-cooked and fully cooked for use in impingement ovens and convection ovens, as well as raw breaded for hot oil preparation. Filleto reconstitutes in minutes and retains its crunchy texture under heat displays, according to the company.
