Berry Plastics launches Entour, a new line of pouch packaging. Entour non-laminated stand-up pouches offer the functionality and performance of traditional laminated pouches without the added process of lamination of dissimilar materials, according to the company. Entour pouches are designed with specific attributes like stiffness and sealing, and opening and closure features for a user-friendly, on-the-go, lightweight and convenient experience. Three distinct performance options are available — moisture barrier, moisture and oxygen barrier, and non-barrier — as well as multiple decoration options. The Entour line is designed for granola, snacks, confections, rice, pastas, and other baked or dry contents.
