The Vollrath Co.’s Deluxe Deli-Style Slicer has a 13-inch blade powered by a high torque 1/2 Peak HP heavy-duty motor. The proprietary non-stick coating on it reduces drag and makes for an easier cleanup, according to the company. The extra-long slide rod and large receiving tray are designed to accommodate large loaves of meats and cheeses with precise and consistent slice thickness. Additionally, the 35-degree gravity feed feature maximizes productivity for high-volume operations. The slicer comes with a permanent blade rim guard and safe blade removal system as well.
