Wawa Customer Sings Chain's Praises

WAWA, Pa. — It's no secret Wawa Inc.'s customers are passionate about the convenience store chain. But one customer is bringing his love of the retailer and its offerings to a new level.

Calling Wawa "the greatest store you will find," Michael Hahn includes his ode to the convenience retailer on his "Mom Fears My Music" YouTube page as part of his Song a Day in May campaign. The heavy metal tune came on Day #25, according to PhillyVoice.com.

Just take note of the opening lyric: "If you are feeling down and you don’t know what to do, baby you just need to let the Wawa service you." The lyrics also play tribute to Wawa's hoagies, coffee and gas "unless you have a legacy" — a reference to the retailer's legacy stores that traditionally do not offer fuel.

Not too be outdone, Wawa showed its appreciation of Hahn's song with a song of its own, naturally. To listen to Wawa's "Michael Hahn Thank You Song," click here.

The Wawa-based retailer operates more than 700 stores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Florida.
