Pinnacle's Loyalink a Hit at Flash Foods

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Pinnacle Corp. completed its beta period and the successful rollout of Pinnacle's Web-based loyalty program, Loyalink, to 180 Flash Foods sites. Flash Foods stores officially introduced their customers to the Flash Foods "Rewards In A Flash" loyalty program last month and is now seeing strong results.

"We are eager to offer our customers a 'Rewarding Experience' each time they shop at Flash Foods," said Jeannie Amerson, advertising and loyalty manager for Flash Foods. "One week into the company-wide rollout, the response from our customers is overwhelmingly positive. We feel the Rewards In A Flash loyalty program utilizing Pinnacle's Loyalink software gives us an advantage over our competition, one that is not easily duplicated, one that differentiates us. Our main goals focus on retaining members as customers, while increasing their purchases. With the customer information that is being captured and the reporting features of Loyalink, we are on the road to reaching that goal."

Flash Foods is headquartered in Waycross, Ga., and operates more than 180 convenience stores located throughout Georgia and North Florida.

With broadband communications, Loyalink manages the real-time collection of transaction data from Pinnacle's Palm Point-of-Sale to deliver loyalty rewards right at the checkout. The centralized promotion management and compiled transaction data provides retailers with the business analytics required to measure promotion, store and customer performance.

"We are excited with the performance of the Loyalink system during this recent 'go live' event," said Pinnacle product manager Jane Sinn Gabriel. "We believe that Loyalink is the solution for convenience retailers seeking a truly flexible, cost effective system to manage their own customized loyalty programs."
