Mansfield Oil to Offer Hot Stuff Foods

GAINSEVILLE, Ga. -- Petroleum marketer Mansfield Oil Co., based here, is teaming with Hot Stuff Foods to offer its more than 200 convenience store accounts a way to build business.

"Hot Stuff has a quality name and can provide our c-store customers with tasty hot food options, menu variety, a reasonable cost of entry and ongoing training in building a fast food business in the store," Bo Bearden, Mansfield's director of retail marketing, said in a statement.

The companies joint marketing efforts will include Web site activities, a direct mail program to existing and potential customers and industry news releases, according to Ted Roccagli, Mansfield’s territory marketing manager.

The partnership helps Mansfield Oil meet its goal of being a one-stop resource for building more profitable retail fuel locations, noted John Barber, chief customer officer for Hot Stuff Foods.

"This is great for both Hot Stuff Foods and Mansfield Oil," he said. "Hot Stuff has consistently been ranked as the top foodservice franchise in the convenience and petroleum industry, and is the only company that guarantees ongoing customer service visits to every single c-store franchisee, regardless of size or location."

Mansfield Oil offers fuel services across 49 states from more than 900 supply points. The company annually delivers 2 billion gallons of fuel to corporations, fleets, retailers, convenience stores and government agencies.

Hot Stuff Foods franchises and licenses its branded food concepts, including Hot Stuff Foods, SmashHits Deli and Hot Stuff Food On the Go in more than 1,200 locations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Hot Stuff Foods also offers Lettieri’s Food To Go through U.S. distributors.
