Lamb Weston Turnovers

Seven new flavors join Lamb Weston's line of Holly Ridge Turnovers, including Peach Crescent, Pineapple, Candy Apple, Lemon Marshmallow, Chocolate Marshmallow, Chocolate Banana and Sweet Potato. The handheld turnovers, wrapped in pastry or bubbly-crust styles, can be used in any daypart as a snack or a dessert, and cook quickly in either an oven or a fryer. They can be kept for several hours under a heat lamp.
