Hunt Brothers Pizza Adds Research and Development Manager

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Hunt Brothers Pizza named Brian Osborn as its new research and development manager. Osborn is a certified executive chef with more than 20 years of culinary experience.

"Brian has extensive experience in the research and development of menus across the restaurant and convenience store industry," Hunt Brothers Pizza CEO Scott Hunt said in a statement. "We're proud to have Brian on our team, and excited to see what innovation and product development the future holds."

Before joining Hunt Brothers Pizza, Osborn was with Buffets Inc., the second largest buffet chain in the U.S., where he served as director of culinary development. Prior to his work there, he was the executive chef for JTM Food Group, where he created multiple menu items and developed operational procedures across a number of divisions. Osborn also is one of the founding members of the Research Chefs Association.

He holds a culinary arts degree from Johnson and Wales University.

With more than 6,000 locations in 28 states, Hunt Brothers Pizza is the largest brand of made-to-order pizza in the U.S. convenience store industry. The Nashville, Tenn.-based company offers regular, thin crust and breakfast pizzas with All Toppings No Extra Charge, plus new Hunt Brothers Wings in Southern Style and Hot 'n Spicy varieties.
